How can I pay my bill?

There are a number of ways you can pay your bill whether you want to pay it in full or by instalments. Have a look at the list below and choose an option for more information.

Direct Debit

The easiest way to pay. We can take the money directly from your bank account when it's convenient for you. You can set up a direct debit online by clicking here.

Online

Pay on our website using your credit or debit card.

Click here to get started. Have your customer reference number handy so we can make sure we pay it to the right account. You'll find your customer reference number at the top of your latest bill.

Phone

Use our 24 hour automated payment line on 0800 028 5209.

Bank

If you're paying in full, you can take the giro slip at the bottom of your bill to your bank or any Natwest branch and pay cash over the counter.

Post Office

If you're paying in full, you can take the giro slip at the bottom of your bill to any Post Office and pay cash over the counter.

Online/telephone banking/BACS

To make a payment through online or telephone banking, all you need is our sort code and account number to set it up through your bank.

If you're paying from a UK bank account, you can use:

Or, if you're paying from an account abroad, you can use:

Payment Card

Pay using a payment card which you can use to pay by cash in the Post Office or any shop that uses PayPoint.

Payment Booklet

Pay using a booklet which you can use to pay by cash in any bank or Post Office.
