Additional Costs to Continue Operating Only

Completion of this webform will allow goodwill payments towards additional costs of operating incurred by your business due to the burst water main at our Bryn Cowlyd Water Treatment Works, Dolgarrog, on Wednesday 15 January 2025 - Sunday 19 January 2025 to be considered.

Please complete this webform in full if your business incurred additional costs to keep operating and provide evidence of all invoices/receipts. Please note that only costs incurred directly as a result of the burst will be considered e.g. bottled water, welfare facilities.

Following receipt of your application we may request further information to assist determination of the level of goodwill payable.
