Our Vulnerable Customer Community Team have been out and about raising awareness of our support services and schemes, at a variety of events across Wales this month. 

Being in the community allows us to support those who may be digitally excluded, or those who may have disabilities or medical conditions preventing them accessing our support via traditional communication channels. 

Some of our customers may let us know, how hard they find it to communicate via the phone due to anxiety or worry. Being in the community helps us to reach those customers to access the support they may desperately need.
