'Metime' online support sessions
On the 10th and 20th of September 2024 we will be hosting two free 'Metime' online support sessions in partnership with Carers Wales. We will be on the call to talk to carers and those being cared for about the range of support we have available including bill reductions, priority services, water and money saving tips and lots more. 'Metime' online sessions are designed to inform carers of their rights and to also support wellbeing,

Samaritans Awareness Day
Samaritans Awareness Day, where people around the UK and Ireland raise awareness of the Samaritans, who are available 24/7 for mental health support on 116 123. You can also find more support here.
