Burst water main at our Bryn Cowlyd Water Treatment Works

We are currently dealing with a burst water main at our Bryn Cowlyd Water Treatment Works, Dolgarrog, which is impacting water supplies to customers in parts of the Conwy Valley.

These locations are as follows: Conwy, Dolgarrog, Eglwys Bach, Henryd, Groesffordd, Llanbedr y Cennin, Parts of Llanrwst, Pentrefelin, Rowen, Tal y Bont, Tal y Cafn and Tyn Groes.

Our crews are on site and working on the repair.

We are rerouting water through our network and tankers are being mobilised to keep as many people on supply as possible.

We apologise to anyone whose water supply is interrupted and would like to reassure them we are working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Customers have been contacted directly with text messages to inform them about the issues.
